Class Policies

These policies apply to Luv2Knit & More group classes and workshops. Check your class listing for its materials and any additional requirements.

Beginner class packages

Our $60 beginner knitting and crochet packages each include two 90-minute sessions. This is a one-time purchase. Choose your first date when you book, then sign in with the email you used at checkout to book your included second session. You can take the sessions in either order.

If the booking page asks you to pay again for your included session, call the shop before checking out.

Cancellations and refunds

To receive a refund for the whole class, cancel at least seven days before your first booked session. Later cancellations are normally not refundable. Please contact us if something unexpected happens so we can review your circumstances.

Canceling a booking does not automatically issue a refund. Contact the shop about a refund or an unused included session. Staff can help restore an eligible session to your package after a cancellation.

Changing a session

Use the booking-management link in your confirmation email to view the available options. If you cannot make the change online, call the shop. New dates depend on available seats.

Booking for someone else

Enter the participant's name and email in the optional participant fields. The purchase stays in the buyer's account. Contact the shop so we can help with the recipient's confirmation and second session.

Supplies

Check your class listing for the supplies you will need and whether they are included or sold separately. Please buy the required supplies from Luv2Knit & More at least 24 hours before your first beginner session. Call us if you need help choosing yarn, knitting needles or a crochet hook.

If we change a class

If we cancel or reschedule a class, we will contact registered customers and explain their options.
